As you proceed with setting up the EEXAR account, your next step will
involve adding Internal Users and determine their Groups and permissions based
on which they will perform specific tasks. An Internal User is the one who manages Records within the organization, whether their own or those shared by
other Internal Users. You can add Internal Users based on the Subscription plan you have purchased
and the number of Internal User licenses that are allowed. Each Internal User can sign-in to
their account with an email address and password.
The permissions are set up at the Group level, meaning that every Internal Users part of a same Group share the same permissions. Also, an Internal User must belong to a Group, so you should start first by creating the relevant Groups that match your organization needs.
You will see that there is also External Groups/Users you can manage,
these are Users meant to be your prospects and clients that you can invite to your Domain to review your offer, we talk more
about them
here.
