As a Super Admin your first step towards implementing EEXAR Software for
your organization will involve entering details in the personal settings
and defining the Account defaults, which will be visible to all Users such as your organization Branding, basic information and Currencies.
Basic info
First, personalize your EEXAR account by setting your Full name and your Profile picture, these settings will be visible by Users across all domains you will have access to.
Note:
Date & number format customization is not available during the BETA.
Domain preferences
Account defaults
General info
These are the Domain level settings, here you can change the Time zone, Default language and Date & number format applicable to the entire Domain. You'll also find a recap of Domain configurations such as Projects Configs and possibility to launch Central Instances or not, as well as if you let access to EEXAR Support Team to access your account for debug purpose.
Company info
Company name: Set up your Company name, this name is the one that every Internal
Users in your Domain will share, and it is also the one which is going
to be displayed in the top right corner of the screen in the navigation
menu (visible by every Users).
Email: Set up the email related to your Domain, by default this is the email
of the first Super Admin (and first User) on the Domain, this email is
used to send system level notification such as invoices, domain related
security information etc.
Phone number: Set up the Phone number related to your Domain, this Phone number can be
used to contact the person or department in charge of Account security
and management within your organization.
Address: Set up the Address related to your Domain,
this address will be used to generate invoices and other administrative related documents.
Country and regions: Set up the Country and regions related to your Domain, these
information will be used to generate invoices and other administrative
related documents.
Zip: Set up the Zip related to
your Domain, this information will be used to generate invoices and
other administrative related documents.
Note:
Some General info can not be edited during the BETA.
Branding
Identity
Set up the Logos of your application, it will be used as branding in specified places on your Domain.
App Logo: Logo used on the login page (visible by every Users).
Favicon: Icon used on the navigation bar next to the App Name (visible by every Users). Also, it is the icon used if users decide to install the Web Application on their device, more here.
App Name: Name for Local Installed Apps & Alternative Title for Login Page Header when App Logo is not set (visible by every Users).
Note:
These settings can only be modified if a custom domain is mapped.
Customization
Customize the different colors and logos displayed for your Domain.
Primary Color: Color for Title, Decoration & Icons (visible by every Users).
Primary Button Color: Color for Primary Buttons (visible by every Users).
Navigation Bar Logo (Internal): Logo for Navigation Bar of Internal User View (visible by
Internal Users).
Navigation Bar Color (Internal): Color for Navigation Bar of Internal User View (visible by Internal Users).
Catalog Logo: Logo for Catalog header (visible by every Users).
Navigation Bar Logo (External): Logo for Navigation Bar of External User View (visible by External Users).
Navigation Bar Color (External): Color for Navigation Bar of External User View (visible by External Users).
Note:
Email Notifications remain branded with EEXAR Logo during the BETA.
Domain Mapping
Set up and use your own domain to customize the URL users will use to access your Domain,

Currencies
Set
up the Currencies used in your Domain by your organization, these are basically the Currencies which you are using to do business with. They are necessary to create different Price Types, calculate Total Revenue during Projects and generate Reports. To add a currency, simply click Add currency and pick it among the available ones.
