After launching a Project containing a Negotiation session as Presenter,
you will be able to guide the session. To do so, click the Negotiation button and you are good to go, during a Negotiation session there
are a list of activities that you can perform to utilize the benefits
of the system, let us see a few examples of your core actions:
- Push Products to Attendees
- Validate orders and your notes taking
- Monitor the order taking
The Presenter panel during a Negotiation session looks like this:
1) Products
Here you can navigate through the Products available inside the current Project. To load a Product,
click on next or type in the Reference directly.
2) Product Details, Prices & Media
Lists the Details & Prices concerning the product (the details available depend on the Project's settings), as well as the Media associated (videos and pictures only).
As a Presenter you have access to all the prices.
3) Interactions buttons
After selecting the Product you want to present, you can perform certain actions:

Validate:
At any time you can validate the Attendees orders without having them
to confirm on their side (this also validates the Notes that you took).
Load: After validating the order for a Product, you can load the next one.
4) Attendees connected
Each
time an Attendee connects to the Project, he will appear in the left
panel, this panel also gives a hint to the Presenter of the Attendees
order state after loading a product. Indeed, once the Attendee validates
its order, then its name will turn green on the Presenter screen.
5) Attendees Orders
The central grid panel
recaps the last five products pushed by the Presenter and the orders associated for each Attendee.

A number greater than 1000 will be shortened using the "1K" abbreviation, to view the real value click on the number.
Note:
The Presenter can only view the orders of the Attendees connected.
6) Total Turnover
This panel sums up the total turnover generated by the Presenter according to the Attendees total orders.
Note:
The Total Turnover displayed only concerns the orders of the Attendees currently connected.
The currency in which the Total Turnover is calculated depends on the Project's settings.
