Exporting EEXAR Data



Download Data

The Download Data feature allows you to export data (in EXCEL format) from individual sections. After exporting the data, you can further validate or store the data in your own server(s).

Export limit

  1. In PDF formats you can export up to a 150 products per batch.

Export data from EEXAR (EXCEL)

Export Products

  1. Go to Content > Products.
  2. Select the Product folders to export.
  3. Click Download.
    The records will be exported and saved in .XLS format in your local disk.

Export Reports

  1. Go to Reports > Activity/Projects.
  2. Select the Product folder/Project to export.
  3. Click Download.
    The records will be exported and saved in .XLS format in your local disk.

Note:
  • EEXAR does not, in any way, include any kind of harmful information or data into your exported files. However, as a precautionary measure to safeguard yourself from unknown security threats, it is recommended that you look for warnings about executable operations when opening an exported file in MS Excel. Please refrain from updating any commands in the EXCEL file exported from EEXAR.

Export data from EEXAR (PDF)

Export Products

  1. Go to Catalog.
  2. Click Download icon.
  3. Select the products to export.
  4. Click Download icon again.
    The records will be exported and saved in .PDF format in your local disk.


Note:
You can export up to 150 products from EEXAR in .PDF format. 
The export only contains up to 8 product details (set up by Super Admin)
